I'm 14/14 on my 21-day workout goal (the ultimate goal is to make it a habit by day 21)
I'm still enjoying it, and I have been improving little by little. I've also been making improvements in a number of other areas of my life, and I catch myself thinking feverishly about how I can fix one problem or what to do about another issue. I was wondering today if my lack of lethargy has anything to do with the physical improvement. I guess if I'm building my own nuclear reactor by next week then we'll know.

As far as the nuclear reactor goes, I think you can reassure yourself that that won't happen. I have this 10% theory. I think exercising inspires and motivates us and we get a "high" to push forward with great aspirations to doing more. Sometimes I think my workout will be double intense the next day, and maybe it is. But it usually falls back down to water level a day or so later. But the 'good feeling' high is still working so you still keep improving in areas you feel you need to. But I think on the average, or "medium" or "mean" or whatever mathmatical term it is, we move forward about 1%-10% at a time. Trainers will tell us to up our workout only 10% a week. And I think the high makes us feel like we can do more. But if you accept the 10% theory, I think its more accurate and still a positive move in the right direction. So don't overwhelm yourself, or expect too much, "just keep moving, just keep moving" as "Dorie" says in "Finding Nemo" and you will find that a 10% improvement in your life each week will really add up by the year end. And keeep a record too! Love you!
I'm thinking some of your energy could come over here and help me finish cleaning my house!
I'm just glad you're not dropping any more kidney stones! It's a good sign - keep going!
After all the physical trials you have had it is no wonder you are bursting with gratitude and energy to finally feel healthy again. Keep up the good work! I am super impressed! Maybe I need a kidney stone....
